Since the "provided" constraint is used in the maven dependency generated by the flink skeleton rapid prototype, all the dependencies will not be imported during the compilation and deployment. In the maven imported by the skeleton rapid prototype, many of the scopes in it are provided, which causes the dependencies to be compiled at the time of compilation. Can not load all, if the production environment has been installed, then this is no problem to run in production, but you need to check this when debugging, otherwise an error will be reported!
