For an IT practitioner, that is, delivery. All work is based on technical delivery, product delivery. The delivery here, in the face of different delivery objects, has the same ultimate purpose. You can deliver to your superiors, you can deliver to your users, or you can deliver directly to the market. Speaking of delivery, growth has to be mentioned.

The delivery mentioned above, why is there growth here? Yes, the logic behind delivery is growth. You do one thing, if it is always at the same level, then this is a problem. For the company, if there is no growth, either its performance will decline and its revenue will decrease. Even, from then on to decline. For the team, if there is no growth, then you will not be able to continuously deliver high-quality things. Of course, you can maintain high-quality delivery, but the underlying meaning behind this maintenance is growth. From a technical point of view, you need to continuously provide sufficient support for the business side. It is necessary to continuously adopt new technologies, continuously optimize and improve internal processes, and even provide subversive solutions. Of course there are technical risks here. But, sometimes, we have to take risks. For individuals, growth is even more important, and even the basis for team growth, maintain sensitivity to new technologies, keep trying, do not stand in line, do not fall behind, and walk ahead. Being able to actively embrace change is the basic quality of a technician. Maintaining the growth of your own skills, whether horizontally or vertically, indirectly drives the growth of income and horizons. If you stop growing, then basically, life is going to be tough. May soon hit that ceiling of yours. From then on, you can live a good life.

For technical personnel, growth can be done from two aspects, skill points, mobile development, then try to start from the following aspects. Skills, non-skills. However, in a sense, skills cover it all. Technically, you can try to touch the technology stack that you don’t usually use. For example, if you can write the backend, you can try the frontend. If you're writing mobile apps, instead, try back-end technologies. If you can do both front and back, then you can try to light up the skills and design skills tree of the product. Even, I came here once, and delivered a product independently developed by myself to the market. In terms of non-skills, you can try in the fields of psychology, literature, and art. In the future, people with great knowledge may become a scarce commodity. Our education has always hoped to train us as professionals. Because they are professionals, they must be narrow-minded, because only in this way can you find a job in a certain industry and become a screw.
