Description of this article: This document is used to assist you in a fresh installation of the complete DzzOffice Beta software. DzzOffice is an open source cloud storage and application management tool. It is mainly used for enterprise management of cloud storage space such as Alibaba Cloud and Amazon. Of course, it can also be used for personal groups such as family, friends, websites, etc. Then, by accessing various types of web applications, the functions of the platform can be expanded infinitely.

1. Download the official version of DzzOffice to the local or server

Download address: Download the latest version of DzzOffice

2. Unzip and upload the DzzOffice program to the server and modify the corresponding directory permissions

extract the four files as shown in the following figure:

 

All files under the upload directory are available program files that we need to upload to the server;

The update directory is the database upgrade file. If you install other versions of DzzOffice before, you can upgrade the database through the files in this directory after overwriting and uploading the files in the upload;

utility The other two TXT files are simple installation instructions and upgrade instructions.

Upload all files in the upload directory to the space using FTP software in binary mode ( common FTP software binary setting method: click to view detailed instructions ).

 

2. Set the file attribute of the relevant directory so that the data file can be read and written correctly by the program.
Use FTP software to log in to your server, set the attribute of the following directory on the server and all the files under this directory to 777, please set the Win host to internet Guest account read-write property.

3. After uploading the installation process
, start to install DzzOffice in the browser, run http://www.domain.com/install/ in the browser to start the new installation (where http://www.domain.com/ is for you site access address)

Click to start the installation system will enter the environment check page

After the detection is successful, click "Next" to enter the file permission check page.

The listed directories and files are all writable. After the detection is successful, click Next to enter the database configuration page.

In addition to configuring the database information, you can also set the abbreviation of the organization, the name of the enterprise, or the name of your group. After the organization abbreviation is set, after the installation of the program, the corresponding organization will be automatically established in the "organization department" of the system. At the same time, the shared directory of the organization will be generated in the "Enterprise Disk", and a shortcut to the directory will be automatically generated on the desktop. All users who join the organization are automatically generated. If you are a small team, you only need to log in with an administrator account and continue to create some different directories in this organization directory as needed, which can meet the purpose of sharing files. If your enterprise has many personnel and departments, you need to add more organizations and departments in the "Organization and Department Management" application after the installation is completed to meet the needs of different departments to use the shared directories of their respective departments.

Click "Next" to enter the installation page

After the installation is complete, click "Next"

Enter to fill in the administrator information page

Pay attention to the administrator mailbox here. When logging in to the desktop later, the login account used is the mailbox and password filled in here .

Click "Next" to enter the completion page

The installation completion page will prompt " For security reasons, please manually delete the "./install/index.php" file "

Click "Enter Desktop" to enter the guest desktop

In the unlogged state, what we enter is a blank "guest desktop". The guest desktop can also be set by the administrator through "application management", and some applications can be set to the guest desktop, so that users who are not logged in can also see the use of some applications. function, which serves the purpose of opening some content to the outside world.

Click "Login" to open the login page.
