Outlook won't start and keeps showing "starting" solution

After I turned on my computer this morning, I opened Outlook 2016 and kept showing this interface:

I didn't care and did other things. It could be half an hour, but it was still this interface. I panicked.

Solution

Open Outlook in Safe Mode

Press WIN + R to open "Run" and enter the following command:

outlook.exe /safe

As shown below:

Then click "OK", as shown below:

This will enter Outlook's Safe Mode.

Disable hardware graphics acceleration

Click "File" -> "Options" -> "Advanced", then check "Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration", as shown below:

Then click "OK".

Restart Outlook

Close Outlook in safe mode, reopen Outlook normally, and the familiar interface is back!
