1: A database with SQL Server 2014 installed on a Windows Server 2016 server keeps showing that it is being restored, and restarting the server has no effect.
2: Right-click the database and click New Query.
3: Enter the command Restore Database XXX with Recovery, where XXX is the name of the database, and click Execute.

5: Refresh again, it no longer shows that it is being restored.
