xJavaFxTool 0.3.2 released to optimize plugin loading speed

A collection of practical gadgets based on JavaFx xJavaFxTool is  updated to version 0.3.2, which mainly optimizes the loading speed of plug-ins.

The optimizations in this update are as follows:

1. Fix the bug of window position recording under multi-screen
2. Optimize the plugin parsing and loading method
3. Optimize the loading method of plug-in icons
4. Fix version update exception problem
