01. Upload ID card
Scenarios that require users to provide ID information for special products. The "ID card information" can be set to open in the background, and the user needs to submit the ID card information when submitting an order and adding a new address .
In the opencart background:
Common module → search for "ID card" → click edit → select country → status is set to enabled
When adding an address, the user will find that the ID number and ID photo are required items in the address information.

02. Order process
When placing an order, you can choose whether to use coupons, gift coupons, points and balance to deduct the amount of the item.
The payment methods you can choose include WeChat payment, Alipay, bank transfer, cash on delivery and other payment methods.
1. How to use the points:
(1) How to get points: check-in to get points, registration rewards to get points and purchase of goods to get points
(2) Customers need to have points before they can use the points to deduct the amount
(3) Points need to be enabled for a product. For a single product, click "Other Information" to configure it to enable it
. (4) Set the point deduction rate in Customer Management - Customer Group Settings.
Notice:
The formula for the number of (rounded) points that can be used by a customer to purchase a product is as follows:
(Commodity unit price x points used) x number of goods = available points
E.g:
The price of commodity A is 89.8 yuan, using the integral coefficient 2
Then the available points of the product are 89.8X2=179.6 for each product, which is 179 after rounding
Buying two available points is 179X2=358.
2. Insufficient points:
When the balance of points is insufficient, other payment methods are required to make up the difference.

03. Delivery process
(1) When the status is: Paid, pending, then you can do the delivery in the background order sales → delivery management .
(2) Find the corresponding order on the list page, click Delivery Management, and enter the edit page to add the courier number .
(3) Click to confirm delivery , members can enter the order details page in the history order of the member center, and can view the courier information and track (need to configure the courier tracking)

04. Use of electronic face sheets
The invoice printing function currently only supports express birds
You need to apply for an electronic bill on the express bird platform, as shown in the figure:
The courier number is obtained automatically, and the currently supported courier company is the account type of "direct printing without application"
Note: There are also the following four account types:
1. Direct printing of monthly account accounts (Debon and EMS are not in Guangdong Province): You need to contact the local outlet offline to apply for opening, and EMS needs to apply for a VIP account.
2. Express bird background application (Yousu, Yunda, Yuantong, Yuancheng, Aneng, Best, Shentong): You need to apply in the express bird background. The application will be submitted to the courier company for review, and the process will take 2-3 working days. The application result will be notified to the electronic bill account by phone or text message
(1) After the Express is successful, it can be used directly without the need to recharge the bill number.
(2) Zhongtong needs to find a local outlet to recharge the non-rookie type tracking number.
(3) Yunda will automatically recharge 50 single numbers, and 100 for Best and Yuantong.
3. You need to apply for an account offline (Shentong, Jingdong, Xinfeng, Guotong, Tiantian, Suer, Pinjun)
4. Express electronic bill. Configure courier bird order tracking and electronic face single printing in the background.
Note: Only Express Bird supports electronic bills. The following picture is a preview of the content of SF’s electronic bills.
