Recently, an old asp website of the company was transferred to the windows2003 server and there was an asp website database connection error problem, but after a round of investigation, it was finally solved. The following is my summary of the handling method of the asp website prompting the database connection error to share with everyone.
1. Check whether the database path is written correctly (because it is a transfer website, directly paste and copy the past, this item is excluded)
2. C drive\Windows/Temp gives user user write permissions
3. Application pool in iis" advanced settings 》Enable 32-bit applications and select True
