Interview experience of Huawei digital IT application engineer

written examination

2021.3.18 I just finished Huawei's computer test questions. There are three programming questions in total. You can use the local IDE (that's not decisive jupyter). The questions are as follows

I later saw a buddy who had exactly the same question as mine on Niuke.com, link https://www.nowcoder.com/discuss/617066?type=all&order=time&pos=&page=1&channel=-1&source_id=search_all_nctrack

My final score is 0.3, AC, 0.2, and the code is written. I will not put my code. If I want to see the code, click the link above to see that buddy's.

2021.3.19 Our instructor said that I was the only person in our hospital who applied for the Huawei interview this time to pass the computer test. . . .

2021.3.31 just ended, the atmosphere of the interview is not as serious as stated on the Internet. The interviewer is very nice and the speech is very kind. First, let me introduce myself. I talked about my project experience. The interviewer also asked some details, but the questions were very basic and did not push me to the point where I couldn't answer them. Then I told him that I learned java very shallowly, and he had problems related to python. The first question is Python memory management. I said I don’t know (no way, school doesn’t teach, it depends on self-study, and there are a lot of things that are not used in the project, and I basically won’t touch them). Then I asked me the difference between global variables and local variables. (A problem for anyone who has learned programming). Next, ask me about the principles and use of several commonly used machine learning algorithms (because I told him that our professional courses are these)

The next step is to tear the code by hand. The difficulty is extremely low, and it can be written in five minutes.

Finally, the interviewer asked me what difficulties I encountered in the project, what are the applications of artificial intelligence, what is the understanding of artificial intelligence technology and other regular questions, and then the interview is over, and the text message informs me that I have passed and let me prepare for the next round of interviews. .

In summary, I feel that this interviewer should not be an AI, so the questions asked are very shallow. I don't know if the next round of interviews will specifically find an AI interviewer to interview me. Most of the questions are around resumes. I also talked about a lot of project experience and examples. The interviewer listened very carefully. Did not ask me to reproduce the written test, did not ask about the computer network, the operating system, the database (if I did, I said that it is not embarrassing that we do not teach these three courses in our major), and did not ask about the data structure (I even the sorts of sorts) I can’t remember the complexity, I asked it not directly GG)

I feel that Huawei’s interview atmosphere is much lighter than byte. It may also be that Huawei does not have high requirements for undergraduates. It may also be that I have good luck and look forward to the next interview.
