1. Open the computer terminal (win+R, enter cmd and it will be there)
2. Enter the command ipconfig and press Enter
3. Find the local IP address
4. Open the phone settings, check the WiFi connection, and click on the location shown in the figure below
5. Slide to the bottom there is an http proxy
6. Change to manual, enter the IP address and port number just found
7. Open the computer packet capture software and perform some operations on the phone to capture the packet
