The most important thing is to set automatic save.

Op space, open the option dialog box, click Open and Save, find the automatic save, check and set the automatic save time, I set 5 minutes here, you can set it according to your own needs;

If it really crashes, open the file tab again, find the location of the auto-save folder, select it and press F2, ctrl+c to copy the address;
