About converting PCB to Gerber file

2. It is best to place the Drill Table in the drilling layer of the PCB file before conversion, and the new version of the AD software can be placed in —> Drill Tablej;

3. If you use the Keep out layer to define the shape of the board, it is best to turn it into a mechanical layer, which can be designed—>board shape—>generate the shape according to the board contour line, and select the mechanical layer in it.

4. Regarding via (via) and pad (pad): I have suffered a lot from the above. If the SolderMaskExpasiong in the design rule is changed to a negative pad, it will be covered with oil and cannot be soldered.

If you want to cover oil through holes, check the two as shown in the figure to be double-sided cover oil through holes
