The version 1.13 of kubernetes deployed here

One, close selinux and firewalld

# setenforce 0
# systemctl stop firewalld
# sed -i 's/^SELINUX=enforcing$/SELINUX=disabled/' /etc/selinux/config
# systemctl disable firewalld

Second, disable swap

# swapoff -a
