1. Right-click the recycle bin and open CCleaner;

3. If the above still cannot be solved, click "Uninstall Tool O15CTRRemove.diagcab" in the office software to uninstall;
4. In the office2016 installation package, click "setup.exe" to reinstall. You can also install other versions of office.
