The blogger took some steps and wrote them down:

Click the blue button in the picture to download. Unzip after downloading. -
Type in the terminal:
vim .bash_profile -
After entering, enter according to the command line in the screenshot:

After everything is done, exit
.bash_profileand reopen a terminal to check whether the installation is complete -
In the new terminal, type
flutter --version, you can see the version information, it proves that it has been installed -
