How do students pass the big data HCIE

Hello everyone, I am classmate Huang from Tengke .
On December 23, 2020, I passed the HCIE certification exam in the direction of Huawei's big data and successfully obtained the certificate. I completed my goal by the end of 2020.
Looking back on the past, I feel a lot of emotion.
In 2019, when I was still in my junior year at school, my grades were not particularly satisfactory. I was about to graduate, and the pressure of finding a job was everywhere. The social competition is cruel and the situation is grim. Thinking back to my university life, I realized that I didn't have any core competitiveness.
While listening to the teacher's lecture, I learned about Huawei's certification system. For oneself to enter society smoothly, but also for the smooth development of future career path. After selecting the period of consideration, I decided in Proton opened my big data HCIE certification path.

On June 29, 2019, it was the day when my dream set off-my first class at Tengke . Teacher Li and Teacher Fan are very serious and responsible for their lectures. The classmates are very good. I am not one of the best. I can only work hard after class, take it seriously, and insist on completing my studies.
During class, it is very, very important: to take notes carefully. If you encounter a problem, you should consult the teacher in time. If you don't understand, ask, and don't have any remaining problems.
Hard work must be rewarded. On September 30, 19, I successfully passed the written test. The written test is relatively easy. As long as you study hard and prepare well, there will be basically no problems, so I won’t go into details here.
After passing the written test, the next thing to face is experiment. Experiments are the application and operation of learned knowledge. Only by seeing and practicing, practice makes perfect.
When you combine your own notes and experiment documents to understand, memorize, and then do the experiment, you will feel that the experiment is not particularly difficult. During the experiment, thinking is very important, and blindly mechanical operation is useless. It is necessary to sort out the experimental process more, reflect more and summarize more.
Spend more time before the exam to take the mock exam, and set a limit for yourself: do not look at the information, set the time. Use mock exams to find problems, make up for shortcomings, and check for deficiencies.

The interview is the hardest part of HCIE . I went through two interviews in total. Needless to say, the first time I failed. For the second time, we regrouped and challenged again and finally achieved "victory".
At the beginning of 2020, the big data HCIE had a version upgrade, and the survey direction and thinking were very different from the old version. In order to allow us to have a smooth transition of learning during the version switching period, during class, Tengke teachers combined the new and old versions to teach us, which is great.
Affected by the epidemic, coupled with many things such as graduation, thesis, etc., I didn't take the interview and exam until the end of August.
I was not prepared for the first interview. At that time, I took the PPT and the materials compiled by the teacher to look at it, but I didn't understand it deeply. On the other hand, I also lack self-discipline and did not complete the exam preparation plan very well.
The classmate who took the exam with me passed. He showed me his notes and mind map, which were full of clear understanding of the big data knowledge system architecture. Combined with the comments of the Huawei interviewer: the basic knowledge is not enough. Only then did I understand what I should do.

The second exam preparation was after I worked.
The knowledge I learned in the big data class is a great tool for me to find a job, but I lacked a certificate and eventually missed many interview opportunities. After successfully joining the company, I prepared for both while working.
I set myself a goal: spend two months to organize and analyze the knowledge of each chapter, and then make notes. When you encounter problems that you don’t understand, you should consult Teacher Fan in time, understand the memory according to the teacher’s explanation and materials, and then summarize the knowledge points in your own language and turn them into your own.
In the last month of the exam, Mr. Fan would take time to conduct mock interviews with me almost every day, and he was very strict with me. Finding problems, finding blind spots in knowledge, and in-depth explanations of knowledge points, to encourage me, so that my strength and confidence will be doubled in the last month.

I had a problem during the mock interview-nervous, difficult to express, clear in my heart but unable to tell. Otherwise, just stumbling, incoherent. Teacher Fan suggested that I make a recording for each mock interview and listen to it by myself when the mock interview is over.
This method is particularly useful and has immediate results. When listening to the recording, you can clearly know whether this point is caused by my nervousness, or whether I have not remembered the knowledge. Then I kept practicing and correcting, and finally solved the problem.
In the final interview, I was actually a bit nervous, but I tried to relax my mind to answer the questions. Although there are still some missing points, from the whole to the details, I still have a good grasp of it, and finally successfully won the interview.
How should I say, to obtain the HCIE certificate , it is still very helpful to personal career development. And this is just the starting point. If you don't want to be eliminated, you must continue to learn and make progress. After all, we never stop testing witnesses.
