3. Time management: Nowadays, it is rare to get up at 8 o'clock. The main reason is to develop a good body. Sleeping before 11 o'clock is absolutely impossible to become. There are a few days whether it is to brush up or watch. 4. Stress control: I think everyone has worries and stress. I am not alone, but we should have excellent mental qualities in the face of stress, and do well in the things in hand, and don't think too much. Don't give up on yourself. 5. English: This is the same as the algorithmic problem that we have to complete every day. I really regret that I picked up one thing and put down one thing. If I insisted on learning a little English every day from the time of IELTS Listening King, I still will not stop. No way, time is limited, and my own efficiency can't be improved. - We have to be diligent about everything. Now my abilities are limited, so I can only ask myself to do everything within myself and do it well. We should prepare the time for that time.
- Don't be lazy about anything. This reminds me of Yongqiang. When I was studying in university, the energy was really not comparable to anyone around me. I was also influenced a lot by him at the time. But at the time, I was preparing for the final exams. If I put this energy on anything in my hands, I believe I can do well. Don't be lazy, especially when you are looking for a job, give it a try if you have a chance. Maybe this test will be done. Don't be frustrated if you don't succeed, just treat it as accumulating experience!
- At this stage, time waits for no one. If there is anything to do, do it quickly and don't delay, otherwise there is really no place to buy regret medicine if it is delayed.

- You must persevere in daily check-in and diary work. This perseverance can become a habit. If you don’t persevere, you are a waste. Look at the tick list every morning and evening, sort out and review your plans.
- I haven't written a plan in the past few days. The reason I think is that there are fewer exams and I don't know what to do. I have to persist before the end of my programming journey.
- The problem of rewriting questions will be changed to a 2+1 mode from tomorrow, which means reviewing two things that have been done before and doing a new question. You must stick to it and put it at the beginning of the morning.
- Don't be negative just because you are in the dormitory. This time is the most precious. If you catch it, you will win.
- Compare yourself with yourself, how much better you are today than yesterday, how much better you are this year than last year, and compare your achievements with others in school. It's useless. Our starting point, resources, and effort levels are different, so why bother to do some unsolved problems.

2. Facing pressure and lack of confidence: Don’t give up on yourself, consume your own time, time is your own, and it’s gone. Even if it’s difficult, do something meaningful, even if it’s tidying up the room and washing dirty clothes. Don't fall.
