Recently, some users reported that the icon in the lower right corner of the Win10 system will always move automatically, or move after clicking, so what's the matter? In fact, this is because the
input method status inside and outside the application is different. After clicking the task bar, the current application window becomes an inactive window, which causes the input method status displayed on the task bar to change, which in turn causes the icon position to change. 
Solution:
1. Click the start menu, and then click the settings button; 
2. Windows setting page, click "time and language",
3. Then click on Language, and then click on spelling and keyboard settings on the right side; 
4. Click on the advanced keyboard settings option, as shown in Figure 
5. Check "Use desktop language bar" and save.
6. Then right-click the taskbar and select "Taskbar Settings"
7. Then click "Open or close system icon", as shown below;
8. Just turn off the input instructions. 
The above methods can solve the problem of random jumping of icons in the lower right corner of Win10.
