Method 1. Clean up and do not print jobs. Open the C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder, and then delete all the files in the folder, as shown below:
Method 2. Execute the command to repair the print spool service. Run cmd
input command as administrator
netsh winsock reset
Press Enter, as shown in the figure below:
Method 3. Repair the registry. Press win+r to open the run window, enter regedit and press Enter to open the registry editor, as shown in the following figure:
Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3, right-click to delete Version-3, as shown in the following figure:
Method 4, start -> run, enter regedit to open the registry editor and find the following key value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler
select the Spooler folder, find the DependOnService key in the right window, double
-click to open it RPCSS, exit the registry editor after confirming, restart the computer
