This office park plans to build three 22-storey office buildings, and a spiral glass tower with an outstanding shape in the middle-called the Helix (spiral), inspired by the "natural beauty of the double helix structure".

This Helix building can provide employees with a variety of atypical styles of office environment. The building is about 100 meters high. The office park including Helix and 3 high-rise buildings is planned to build an open space full of greenery, following the company’s true love for dogs. A dog park will be set up in the space, and the entire area will be open to the public. The design also considers possible future accommodation Merchants and dining trucks.
In December 2019, the high-rise office building that the company applied for has been approved and put into construction, and the spiral tower Helix still needs to obtain local approval; if it can finally be completed, it will be combined with another geometrical landmark named "Sphere (spherical surface) of Amazon's Seattle headquarters. )" echoed each other.
