The newly installed eclipse has no server. Record the installation process.
Step 1: Confirm the current eclipse version:
Click help->About Eclipse IDE to
record the version number as: 2020-09 (use it after recording or taking a screenshot), click [close] to close after confirmation
Step 2: Download the server plug-in
Click help-->Install New SoftWare (install new software)
After entering the install page, click Add
Name to fill in the previous version number!

Select the part marked by the red box -> next: the
rest is all the way next
