First download the STS plugin on the official website.
Then enter eclipse, select Help-> Install New Software-> Add-> Archive Location, select the sts compressed package you downloaded, and then click ok.
Check the project with SpringIDE, and remove the Contact all update ... check in front, click Next
After all is completed, you can see in Preferences:
At this point, the plugin is installed.

Help-> Eclipse Marketplace-> popular-> STS, and then install. (It takes a long time)
