Why does unreferenced error appear when pycharm imports its own package

I had a problem when I downloaded the github python project. The crux of the problem is very simple. I didn't create a project in the root directory of a project, but rudely created the project on the warehouse after downloading the original author's entire warehouse.
The project should be created on each project of the author in the warehouse, and this is no problem.
