Today, I reinstalled Pycharm and opened the project with the new pycharm. There were a lot of small problems when running.
One of them is as the title says

Solution
In fact, roughly reason is that .ideathe folder also pycharm before the reservation configuration information
Directly off the project and then delete .ideathe folder and then open the project again just fine
After starting as shown in the figure, the status button is restored as before
