Debugging the eclipse gray button mac unavailable Solutions

After often enter debug mode, the debug few buttons gray and unavailable state, 

solution:

Exit Eclipse.
Open org.eclipse.osgi under the configuration under the Eclipse directory (in my mac is: /Applications/Eclipse.app/Contents/Eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/), empty directory.
Start eclipse.
