ASP.NET Core Blazor Server UI-officially released
XAF's Blazor server user interface has the XPO ORM class for data access. The Community Technology Preview (CTP) was introduced for the first time in May 2020. This update marks its official release!
Other enhancements include:

Report module
XAF's Blazor UI now provides a document viewer and an end user report designer. You can display, print and export reports created at design time, and you can also create/modify report definitions at runtime.
Conditional Appearance Module
XAF's Blazor UI now fully supports XAF's conditional appearance module, you can conditionally hide or disable UI elements, apply colors or text formatting in the list view and detailed view.
Support EF Core (CTP)
Blazor UI can now use the EF Core data model. The following example demonstrates the use of EF Core with XAF's security system: XAF Blazor UI with the Entity Framework core data model and security system .
It is not recommended to use the new Blazor UI with EF Core classes to generate code.
Active Directory and OAuth2 authentication provider
The security module in XAF's Blazor UI now supports Windows and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google, GitHub and other OAuth2 authentication providers. The login form will automatically present UI controls based on your authentication settings.
Operation authority
Operation authority provides fine-grained control over custom operations in the UI and XAF system operations. XAF's Blazor UI now provides "operation authority" support.
