1. Query data set

Log in to the service in Excel, click query data, select business query-National Bureau of Statistics of each province

2. Drag and drop fields to set display data

Set the display content by dragging the fields of the basic table, and modify the parameters as needed (the method is the same as the report display under the query conditions).

After setting the fields, save the personal parameters, and finally click the save button on the upper side, rename and save to my space.

3. Create a spreadsheet

Create a new spreadsheet and draw a static form as follows: (This example freezes the first five rows of forms)

4. Associated settings between spreadsheets and spatial data

In the example, the data of civilian cars, private cars, and drivers in 2016 are directly dragged over the corresponding fields; here is the summary data for 2016,

5. Make excel charts

The example shows the number and year-on-year growth rate of civilian cars, private cars, and drivers in 10-16 years.

Create a new sheet page, associate the required data to the cells, and calculate the year-on-year data.

Drag and drop the year field in column B to define cell-attribute-filter conditions: the year is equal to the year in column A in turn. And set the attribute-extend-extend-check left and right, then the same CDE column filter conditions, no need to repeat settings.

FGH is listed as a year-on-year calculation formula (the current year minus the previous year and then the previous year's data), such as F8=(C8-C7)/C7
