Creative Cloud macOS Big Sur version update: fix the 100% CPU usage error bug

Foreign media reported that Adobe has launched a software update for its Creative Cloud application, which solves a serious problem that some Mac users have experienced after upgrading to macOS Big Sur-the CPU usage is around 100%.

After updating to macOS Big Sur, some Mac users-seemingly more users with 16-inch MacBook Pro-found a problem. Creative Cloud background processes use almost 100% of the CPU, and the fans of the affected devices will be at full speed Running.

The user found that the CCXProcess and CCLibrary background processes caused this problem by checking the Activity Monitor.

Adobe tracked this issue last week, and today a new update has a solution. Adobe employee Mariia confirmed that CCXProcess 4.1.3 is an update that includes Creative Cloud bug fixes.

You can check whether your Mac has been updated by opening the Creative Cloud Mac app> clicking Creative Cloud> About Creative Cloud in the menu bar.

It is worth noting that the only one in Adobe's CC that is optimized for M1 Mac is  Lightroom  (Premiere M1 support is still in beta), while other officially supported packages are still under development.
