(NYSE: JBL) today announced the acquisition of Ecologic Brands, a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for paper bottles and paper-based packaging. Inc.. Ecologic's business unit in Manteca, California will join Jabil's Packaging Solutions division, thereby significantly enhancing Jabil's sustainable packaging platform and products for consumer packaged goods (CPG) customers.
