1. Insert a new row after each row

Use 2 auxiliary columns, enter 1 at intervals

Right click the mouse -> Insert

2. Delete the blank line just inserted

Select column B -> F5-> targeting conditions -> empty value

As follows, I want to insert a blank line at the end of each city

Add an auxiliary column, copy the city to make them misaligned:

Select these 2 columns -> F5 -> targeting conditions -> row content difference cell

Right click -> Insert

4. Copy and paste the filtered data

The filtered data is:

If we copy this part of the data, the unfiltered data will also be copied

If the value wants to copy the selected data

Select these contents -> F5-> targeting conditions -> visible cells
