notepad ++ once remove all empty rows, then add two blank lines

Replace window opens, find my target to fill: ^ \ r \ n

Replace does not fill, empty,

Click the Replace All button.

 

How to add 2 blank lines to all lines:

Replace window opens, find the target fill: \ r \ n

Replace fill: \ r \ n \ r \ n \ r \ n

Click Replace All.
