For my own situation, I would like to share my ACP preparation process and experience with you. I hope I can give 51CTO students some suggestions for learning ACP:
1. Setting learning goals,
you can ask yourself what is the purpose of learning ACP. Just to get a certificate? To learn more about ACP? In order to better manage the position after studying ACP and combine with traditional project management, change your current company project management process? To get a salary increase for promotion? Or is it to improve your knowledge, enrich your time, and improve your project management capabilities? Thinking of having so much good, you can plan your time and the energy you will invest in advance, and it can help you make up your mind to inspire yourself.
2. Read on your own before class and keep thinking about
watching the recorded and broadcast video of Mr. Wang An at least 3 times. Of course, you must follow the high standards of Xueba, and the material corresponding to the video must be watched at least 3 times. Read 15 e-books at least once, "[Compulsory Information] PMI-ACP Exam Content Outline.pdf" at least 5 times, "[Supplementary Books] 5-point core textbook-How to prepare for the ACP exam by Liu Fang, Shi Quan" Watch it at least 5 times, and watch the others as many times as possible if you have time. Although the details of the book are not very clear at the beginning, I can fully understand the general framework after reading the book a few times. With the basic knowledge framework, I will keep up with the teacher's rhythm when Wang Laishi broadcasts the class. The process of reading is a process of initial understanding of unfamiliar knowledge domains. Intensive reading and understanding of the parts you are interested in. In contrast, the process of actual work will nod consciously. What we are doing now is really true. It is partly agile, and the interest in ACP learning can be up to 120%.
3. According to the "ACP Study Plan Arrangement"
, the process of reading by yourself before class is also a process of thinking. After thinking, I will have my own knowledge and understanding of ACP, and there will be questions about some of the content. Through the live broadcast The course, the understanding in the mind, or the doubt, can be verified. After class, the teacher will discuss with everyone in the WeChat group in the way of simulation practice + theory parallelism. Needless to say, the process is interesting. The key is the immersive actual simulation, which can make students have a deeper understanding of agile projects.
4. Uninterrupted review
Uninterrupted review is necessary. If the verified knowledge content is not understood as quickly as possible, you will always remember your initial understanding, and it is difficult to change your mind, even if it is the stage of reviewing the questions, the repeated questions will Easy to choose wrong. After class review, it is recommended that you prepare a mind map. Just like the teacher's video course, you should reorganize your ideas, think step by step, write down the mind map while thinking, and finally organize the language to speak. The effect is really good.
5. The
process of brushing questions is also a process of knowledge consolidation. You can check for deficiencies in knowledge blind spots and make up for omissions. Therefore, it is recommended that you carefully brush the questions. The wrong questions should be reviewed and understood many times. Why do you choose the wrong one? Summarize experience and lessons, and then set off!

Since getting support from your family is learning, time must be spent, so if you already have a family of your own, it is recommended that you communicate your plans and time arrangements with your family in advance to get support from your family.
