New system software copyright application process and matters needing attention

Preface

  During the National Day, I made a software at home and applied for a soft copy. This blog records the process of individuals applying for software copyright and some precautions when submitting materials.

1. Required materials

1.1 Application Form

  Entering the website of China Copyright Protection Center , if it is the first time to apply for softening, you must first register as a user, then log in, fill in as required online 计算机软件著作权登记申请表, submit it after confirmation, and print it online ( 需要签字).
  The basic software information required to fill in the application form includes:
  (1) Full name of the software: the full name of the software that is applying for copyright registration. The full software name should be short, clear, and specific, and the full software name in various documents should be consistent. Refer to Software Industry Association released: Brand + + product use and function "software" naming convention; (currently 软件, 系统, 平台, 插件, 中间件, etc. 结尾的软件名称may apply, such as the 工具, 计算, 系列and other end of the name of the software required 慎用)
  (2) software referred :( If there is no abbreviation, this column can be omitted). A simplified name for the full name of the registered software. Such as: DOS, Windows, WPS, etc.; ( 软件简称不能与软件全称完全一样)
  (3) Classification number: select and fill in according to the classification code
  (4) Version number: The version number of the software to be registered. (The version number should be filled in according to the specifications, such as V1.0or in 1.0these two modes) Special reminder:登记证书中的软件版本号以申请表中填报的为准，申请人提交的鉴别材料的页眉的软件版本号应与申请表中符合一致，但有无V以申请表中为准

1.2 Relevant supporting documents

  One copy of ID card (front and back).

1.3 Identification materials of software (programs, documents)

  The source program and documents should be submitted with 30 consecutive pages before and after submission. If there are less than 60 pages, all should be submitted.

  If the applicant marked the name and version number of the software applied for on the header of the source program and document, it should be exactly the same as the corresponding content in the application form 右上角应标注页码，源程序每页不少于50行. The last page should be the end page of the program, and each page of the document should be no less than 30 OK, except for pictures.

2. Matters needing attention

2.1 About filling in the form

  The mailing of the certificate is generally by registered mail. If the information is 邮编filled in, please do not fill in this incorrectly. The zip code should be filled in with the address of the certificate.

2.2 Relevant identification materials

  Source program documentation: the code should be removed 空行and 大面积的中文注释(the font size can be 5), a small amount of comments can be kept.
  Software design specification: The official website of this document has no clear requirements. It can be 设计说明书or is 使用说明书, but it must be submitted. It is generally 20页appropriate (can include screenshots of the software). The following is my software design specification:

2.3 Related fees

  The official does not charge any handling fees. The printing fee and material mailing fee need to be paid out of the pocket. I applied for this soft cover and spent 30 yuan, printing fee 9 yuan, and material mailing fee 21 yuan. It is recommended to use it by mail EMS!

2.4 About processing time

  Generally, it takes about 70 days for an individual to apply. It may be faster if you go through an agent, but it costs more RMB. You can go to Taobao to find it. If you don’t need it in a hurry, apply slowly. The approximate time given by the official is this: the

2.5 Inquiries about certificate mailing

  For those applying under the new system, there is no need to call the official for the mailing order number at present. After the application is completed, you will receive a mailing notice with the mailing order number.
