Total network delay = core network propagation delay + core network forwarding delay + terminal air interface delay
Propagation delay : 1000 kilometers round trip 10ms
forwarding delay : add 1ms for every router, you can calculate how much has passed based on the TTL value Router
air interface delay : 4G is 10ms, 5G is 1ms, wired is 1ms,
for example, 500KM distance, after 8 routers, 4G and 5G to the central cloud and the data interaction delay between users are as follows:

The total delay from 4G network to cloud center is 2.5ms+8ms+10ms=20.5ms; the
total delay from 5G network to cloud center is 2.5ms+8ms+1ms=11.5ms.
The total delay of two 4G user data interaction networks is 5ms+16ms+20ms=41ms; the
total delay of two 5G user data interaction networks is 5ms+16ms+2ms=23ms.
