(1) What is the difference between CentOS-xxxx-LiveCD.ios and CentOS-xxxx-bin-DVD.iso? The former has only 700M, and the latter has 3.8G. The difference is not only in size, but the more essential difference is that CentOS-xxxx-LiveCD.ios can only be loaded into the memory and cannot be installed. CentOS-xxx-bin-DVD1.iso can be installed on the hard disk.
(2) What do CentOS-xxx-bin-DVD1.iso and CentOS-xxx-bin-DVD2.iso do? The former is 3.8G, and the latter is 500M. The difference is that DVD1 is the installation file of CentOS, and DVD2 is some software of CentOS (it is not necessary for simple and practical CentOS).
