ElasticJob 3.0.0-beta released, rich alarm mechanism integration

This week, the Apache ShardingSphere team is very happy to announce to everyone: The new versions of ElasticJob-3.0.0-beta and ElasticJob UI-3.0.0-beta are officially released!

ElasticJob is a distributed scheduling solution that provides sharding of distributed tasks, elastic scaling, automatic discovery, multitasking based on time-driven, data-driven, resident tasks and temporary tasks, task aggregation and dynamic resource allocation, failure Functional features such as detection, automatic repair, failover and retry, complete operation and maintenance platform and management tools, and good support for cloud native can fully satisfy the enterprise's overall scheduling and processing capabilities for task management and batch jobs.

ElasticJob becomes a sub-project of Apache ShardingSphere on May 28, 2020.

This release version has been continuously polished and optimized

ElasticJob-3.0.0-beta

API changes

1. Refactor the configuration of the job listener.

2. Refactor the configuration of the job error device.

3. Refactor the job tracking configuration.

New features

1. Support HTTP type jobs.

2. Remove Spring Boot dependencies from the kernel module.

3. E-mail, WeChat, and Dingding notification mechanisms are supported when a job execution error occurs.

Bug fix

1. Fix the problem that One-Off Job cannot be executed in a distributed manner.

2. Fix the problem that when using PostgreSQL as the event tracking storage, the existing table will be created repeatedly and the event tracking is unavailable.

3. Fix the deadlock problem that may occur when the re-fragmentation flag is set incorrectly.

 

ElasticJob UI-3.0.0-beta

Enhance

1. Provide clearer error information when the JDBC driver is missing.          

2. Support the addition, deletion, modification, inspection, and control of job custom attributes. 

3. In the job history page, add job name and server IP display items.

4. Upgrade the Dockerfile.
