Solve the problem

1. Turn off Hyper-V
Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Enable or disable windows functions.

2. Open windows powershell with strict management

3. Turn off virtual machine-based security
1) Open Group Policy (win R, gpedit.msc).
