NetSpeedMonitor is a network monitoring software under windows. It feels easy to use mainly because

Because it is a COM control, you need to register the dll in the folder.
When you use regsvr32 to register and configure, you can turn off some other functions and only leave traffic monitoring. The symbols for upstream traffic and downstream traffic are also set using characters, you can win+r -> charmap looks for suitable characters. But the custom font cannot be used on my computer, so there is no way to draw this symbol by myself
