Letters such as aliexpress, taobao or alibaba cannot appear in the registered mailbox. If they appear, the registration will not succeed, such as [email protected]. In addition, at present, there are certain rules for the number of accounts registered on Ali Group's platforms by one mailbox. In order to avoid excessive registration, it is recommended that you use a new mailbox to register an AliExpress account.
After filling in the information, enter the authentication page and follow the prompts to complete the authentication:
There are two authentication methods:
enterprise Alipay authorization authentication & corporate legal person Alipay authorization authentication. The main differences between the two are as follows:
1) For enterprise Alipay authorization authentication, you need to apply for an enterprise Alipay account in Alipay in advance. Please contact Alipay customer service 95188 for the specific application method. After the application is completed, log in to your enterprise Alipay account on the AliExpress authentication page, and the real-time authentication will pass;
2) For corporate legal person personal Alipay authentication, there is no need to have a corporate Alipay account, just submit the relevant information + legal person’s personal Alipay account authorization on the authentication page, and the data review time is 2 working days.
Situation 2: Taobao or Tmall merchant entry
reminder: If you choose to activate your Taobao or Tmall account, then your newly activated AliExpress account and the corresponding Taobao or Tmall account share the mailbox, mobile phone and password, after modification on a certain platform It will be synchronized to another platform. For example, if the password of Taobao account is changed, the password of AliExpress account will also be changed.
