No output from vscode running c++ program under Windows 10

According to the configuration of the official website, task.json, launch.json, c_cpp_properties.json are exactly the same as the tutorial on the official website, but when I run the program, there is no output, and the window flashes by when I debug.
Found a solution on the Internet: see if there is any setting error in the environment variable. When I set it up, I put mingw64/xx/bin in the system path, but it actually needs to be in the user path. I put both paths, and the vscode can be output.
