Energy Efficiency Product Testing
Confirm that the product is within the scope of China's energy efficiency catalog, and the energy efficiency test should be carried out in the corresponding energy efficiency qualified laboratory.
After the laboratory test is completed, upload the report to the China Energy Efficiency Center, and the customer can file it in the energy efficiency center system, or the agency can assist in the filing. The inspection time depends on different products, ranging from 3 working days to 50 natural days. For example, such products as microcomputers, flat-screen TVs, LCD monitors, etc., the general inspection time is 3-5 working days, water storage type Water heaters, gas water heaters, gas stoves and other products generally take 7-10 working days, while such lighting products as LED bulbs or screen lights need to be tested according to the national mandatory 1200-2000 hours before issuing Test Report.
Step 2: Register a corporate energy efficiency account in the Energy Efficiency Center
At the China Energy Efficiency Center, fill in the company information and provide the company business license, and submit the company account registration. The energy efficiency center staff will review and pass it within three working days.
Step 3: Filing of energy efficiency label
The energy efficiency test report is issued and confirmed that the laboratory has uploaded the report to the energy efficiency center. The enterprise can enter the enterprise energy efficiency account on the energy efficiency center website, follow the prompts to apply for the energy efficiency labeling style, and add energy efficiency records. The energy efficiency center review time is ten working days.
Step 4: Use of energy efficiency labels
After the enterprise provides the energy efficiency record, the enterprise can download the energy efficiency label of the announced item in the energy efficiency account after ten working days after review and approval, and print and post it according to the document requirements.
Step 5: Supervision and management of energy efficiency labeling
For companies that have applied for the record of energy efficiency labels, before 3.15 each year, the Energy Efficiency Center will send a notice to the company account to notify the company to download the annual label usage report, and submit the company’s business license and other document information, and the company fills in and uploads it as required The energy efficiency center is fine. If the company does not submit it in time, the energy efficiency center will suspend the account after 3.15.
