1. On some complex shield machines, the functions of the shield machine are systematic and diverse. Including: mechanical, hydraulic, measurement and control and other functions. On some composite shield machines, it includes excavation system, main drive system, propulsion system, grouting system, hydraulic system and other functions.
2. As a linear sensor, the displacement encoder is mainly used to measure the mechanical displacement in the linear position. Each cylinder of the shield machine propulsion system is equipped with a displacement encoder to measure the displacement data of the cylinder during propulsion.
3. The pressure of the oil cylinder can be adjusted independently. By viewing the propulsion data of each group of oil cylinders monitored by the displacement sensor encoder, the construction personnel can monitor the stroke and pressure of each group of oil cylinders in the control room in real time. By adjusting the propulsion pressure and speed of each group of cylinders, the shield machine can be corrected and adjusted.
