How to import data in mysql dump

I used mysqldump to get the data of a library. Now I want to import it on the new library.
I created the library here. The import command is to cut to the directory of the relevant file.

mysql -uroot -pgxbw2020 -h127.0.0.1 -P3306 contactcenter_zhengshi <./contactcenter_zhengshi_20201012.sql
