IDEA connects to Tomcat, error running'Tomcat': port out of range: -1

Go to tomcat's server.xml to look at (file path: C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\conf). Generally, the default port for installation is -1, and the port cannot be -1, (the value is 1-65535 Any integer in between will generally be selected larger than 1024, and smaller than 1024 will generally be occupied by the local computer program), just change it to 8000.
