Python install OpenGL package

1. Download the corresponding OpenGL package:
https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

2. Find the downloaded package on the local disk, my version is Python3.8

3. Enter this directory in cmd and install two .whl files

4. Import the package again and no error will be reported
