Life lives by "negative entropy"

The unified law behind all life is the law of disorder, which is the law of entropy increase.

But why does nature create a highly ordered life form, and then make it disorderly, that is, death?

Does the universe follow this law? So why did the universe encounter the Big Bang in the first place? What is the rationale behind this?
