Q type rotary joint:

Spherical ring (also called seal ring), cylindrical ring (also called support ring), spring, tube ball (rotary joint and device connector) housing. The main function of the spherical ring is to seal. Generally, the R surface of the spherical ring and the spherical surface of the pipe ball form a sealing surface. When the tube ball rotates, it seals by rubbing against the R surface of the spherical ring, which is also called dynamic sealing. The plane of the spherical ring is sealed with the plane of the housing. Because the ball ring and the ball shell are fixed, it is also called static seal.

The column ring is mainly used for support. The outside of the column ring is connected to the inside of the housing, and the inside of the column ring is connected to the tube ball. Rely on it to support the tube ball. The spring is installed under the column ring and pushes the column ring up onto the ball ring. In the case of ball ring friction and wear, the spring compensates for thrust.

H-type rotary joint:

Similar to the internal structure of the Q-type rotary joint. The internal structure of the H-type rotary joint: H-ring, O-ring, baffle, spring, hollow shaft, bearing and circlip. The main sealing structure is driven by a spring. The plane of the H-ring is sealed with the end face of the hollow shaft. The tapered surface of the sealing ring is sealed with the inside of the sealing ring. The outer sealed casing of the o-ring. Fix the bearing on the hollow shaft with a circlip. Finally, the shaft with the bearing is fixed in the housing with a clamping spring. Rely on bearings to balance and rotate.

D type rotary joint:

Compensator, D-ring (also called flat ring), bushing (fixed D-ring), hollow shaft and bearing. The compensator is composed of a bellows and a spring, which can not only compensate the sealing effect of pushing the D-ring, but also directly seal the direct contact between the circulating medium of the pipeline and the shell. The D-ring is fixed by the bush to ensure that the D-ring will not deviate.
