Then click the output tab, and then tick Create a new file automatically to save periodically. For example, if the amount of data is large, you can set a file to be saved every 10 seconds.
The sequence number will be automatically generated after the file is automatically saved.
We can also monitor the network through wireshark, but daily monitoring will take up a lot of hard disk space, so we can use the ring buffer, so that we can quantitatively clear the previous network packet files without us having to manually clean up.
The number in the option is to control the number of files automatically stored in our hard disk. Whenever this number is exceeded, wireshark will automatically delete the oldest file to prevent the hard disk space from being taken up too much.
