1. Reasons

Then Baidu search found that these two are window package managers, similar to apt-get of ubuntu and yum of centos.

2. Install scoop (window package manager)
Open a folder at will, here I take my E drive as an example:
press 左上方的文件--》打开powershell---》以管理员身份打开:
Then enter two lines of commands:
set-executionpolicy remotesigned -s cu
iex (new-object net.webclient).downloadstring('https://get.scoop.sh')
Wait for the scoop installation to complete, enter to scoop helpsee if the installation is successful.

3. Install annie
Enter the following command to install:
scoop install annie
4. Download one is a video test:
I made a few videos during the Chinese New Year to prevent downloading others’ bad ones. Take my own as an example:
annie https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1t5411x7KY/
Found that the download is quite fast, more than 4M per second.
After the download was completed, I found that the video I made before was quite clear. Alas, I haven't made a video for a long time.
