Fiber end face verification

Today's network applications require more bandwidth and loss budget than ever before. According to statistics, more than 90% of fiber failures are caused by dirty fiber end faces. Dirt, dust and other pollutants are the biggest enemies of fiber optic high-speed data transmission. Therefore, it is very important to eliminate the pollution of all fiber connections to avoid performance problems in the application. The fine dust invisible to the human eye can cause intermittent errors or even complete failure of the optical fiber connection. So check every fiber connection before you connect it – even the cables that come directly from the factory.
How to check whether the fiber end face is clean? There are different types of optical fiber connectors. The common ones are ST, FC, SC, LC and MPO. The end faces are divided into UPC and APC. Do you need different end face inspection testers?

FI-3000
FiberInspector Ultra provides a complete set of functions to easily and efficiently test MPO fiber optic backbones, distribution boxes and square cables. FI-IN supports naming and saving results in the device, or sending them as images or PDF reports to others in the team for quick and simple collaboration.
